Lovingly handcrafted piece by piece. This striking piece depicts a Curlew – inspired by the breeding curlews we are lucky enough to have nesting in the fields near our home in Nidderdale.
Every fragment of glass has been individually cut and placed to capture the intricate streaked plumage on this icon moorland bird.
The Curlew is one of Britain’s most beloved – and sadly threatened – birds. Nidderdale is one of the strongholds for breeding Curlews in the North of England, making this a particularly meaningful piece. £210
